The Guild is proud to announce that we are expanding our membership opportunities to younger sewers/quilters! Individuals between the ages of 10 and 17 years old will be invited to join as Junior Members. Annual membership dues for Juniors are $10. Additionally, Junior Members will be asked to sell two books ($10 worth) of raffle quilt tickets.
Each Junior Member must be sponsored by a guild member in good standing, and Junior Membership requires a parent/legal guardian’s permission. The Junior Member’s sponsor (or designated substitute if sponsor is absent) must be in attendance with the Junior Member at Guild events. Junior Members may participate in classes, trunk shows, etc., offered by the Guild; they will follow the regular members’ sign up requirements, and be charged the full members’ rate. We look forward to welcoming our Junior Members – the future of our Guild, and the quiltmakers who will extend this art form for generations to come!
